Signe-Lise is educated as a biomedical laboratory scientist and holds two master’s degrees—one in health administration and one in leadership development. She also has an intermediate degree in public law. She has held numerous high-level leadership positions in the public sector, including Head of HR at Aker Hospital, Division Director at the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, and Director of Administration at the Civil Aviation Authority. In professions rooted in technical expertise, it is rare for a biomedical scientist to reach executive levels. However, Signe-Lise’s experience paved the way for a life in the top leadership industry—as an advisor to other leaders.
She holds a wide range of courses and certifications in coaching, NLP, behavioral and preference testing.
