Pål Behrens is an experienced and highly engaging speaker with extensive expertise in employment law. He is a Supreme Court Attorney (H) and Head of Employment Affairs at the Norwegian Finance Sector Union (Finansforbundet). In addition, he serves as an examiner and supervisor at the University of Oslo and has broad experience in teaching and academic guidance. Pål has held several central positions within the Norwegian Bar Association, including Chair of the Oslo Chapter and Deputy Chair of the National Board. His practice covers the full spectrum of employment law.
